La Villa Rose has 250 square metres of living space and 2,500 square metres (about half an acre) of garden with a 12m x 5m swimming pool and faces South towards the sea with sea views from all upstairs living rooms and kitchen. The house has four bedrooms - one king, one queen and one double, and one with three singles which can be made up as a king-size double and one single. The king-size double has an en-suite bathroom, the queen-size double has an en-suite shower room and there is a further bathroom. There are two further wc's, (upstairs and down.) There is a large L-shaped living room with dining area and a further large reception room with fireplace. The Villa is centrally heated through out for winter and there is plenty of hot water.
The accommodation is arranged in such a way that the living rooms and main kitchen are on the first floor of the property to obtain full advantage of the sun and the view whilst the bedrooms are situated on the ground floor. The property has balconies running for its whole length at ground floor and first floor level and every living room and bedroom (apart from the small double) has access to a balcony through double French windows. The main (first floor) kitchen is fully equipped with American style fridge-freezer, dishwasher, electric double-oven, gas hob and microwave. There is also a second small kitchen on the ground floor (with a door out into the garden) which has an electric oven/hob, a microwave, a refrigerator, a dishwasher and a 30-bottle wine chiller. For outdoor meals, there is a large sunny terrace with table and chairs for 12 and the upstairs balcony which is equipped with two marble-topped café tables plus a further set of table and chairs is by the pool as well as sun loungers and umbrellas. There is a large gas BBQ for out door cooking. The property has a satellite television dish giving access to several English language and other European channels plus video/DVD player. There is a Bose sound system and a wide range of CD's, video's and DVD's. ADSL broadband with Wifi has been installed and is available free of charge. Telephone and fax is available. The swimming pool with pool alarm is filtered automatically every night and our gardener regularly checks chlorine levels etc and also mows the lawns and maintains the garden. |
